Where can you find a good CRM system? What is a good CRM? What should you pay attention to when looking for a CRM?
The choice is overwhelming, and so is the price. We make an overview for you to make it easier and will add to this page if we find a new tool.
The order is random, this is not a ranking with number 1 at the top. We do our best to add more CRM systems over time to form a good picture.
1. Qraia CRM
This is surely the easiest CRM that we know. Simple, clear and free to use for all basic functions.
Qraia CRM has been set up especially for this self-employed and freelancers. These users are not looking for complex and expensive CRM systems. On the other hand, they want a simple and affordable system. That is exactly the gap that Qraia CRM is (successfully) trying to fill.
If you want more advanced functions later, there is the premium function. For example, if you want to work together with colleagues. This is also recommended for power users, simply because you can do more with it.
Qraia CRM is the simplest CRM system that we know, and affordable too.
2.Personal favorite: Airtable
AirTable is a bit like Excel, pimped with an online form like SurveyMonkey, with at least as many links as Zapier. Including Zapier itself, templates so you can get started quickly and don't have to set it up yourself like WordPress. But of course that is possible, it is that flexible. It's like a Swiss army knife for data, collecting data and sharing data.
Do you have a suggestion? When you leave a suggestion with us, you do so using an AirTable form. The data goes directly into our New Feature database, so we can easily see how many people want this or not at all. Super easy.
That is why we also have a database to keep track of our own contacts AirTable built. It allows us to quickly add contacts, link them to the company and create a note.
The disadvantage is that you have to build and maintain it all yourself. That's super easy, at least if you like it. You can easily connect everything together, try it yourself or turn it off again. But that is clearly not a “fun” challenge for everyone, we are well aware of that.
3. Always good: Excel
Excel, part of Microsoft's Office, actually needs no introduction. After all, almost everyone has this program on their computer, or at least worked with it. Very easy to use offline. So why not keep your list of customers there, make quotes and neatly add up your costs? Trust us, this is done by a very large group, they wouldn't want it any other way!
We also use Excel on a daily basis, but not actually as a CRM. More for calculations, making lists, and tracking results. As a CRM it is just a bit more work to set up, but of course it is very easy to get started quickly.
Our biggest problem with Excel as a CRM system is that you really have to set it up yourself. And that is why you quickly become inconsistent in your work. After all, you can add something left, right, above or below, but how did I do it again last time? The advantage is that you can often easily import it into other systems, so it is not bad to start with Excel as a CRM if you want to quickly record something in a structured way, for example before you have chosen a CRM.
4. PipeDrive
PipeDrive was founded in Estonia in 2020 and claims to have more than 95,000 users worldwide. You can easily register and get started quickly. The first thing you immediately notice, and what you also see in one of the messages about it origin of PipeDrive reads, is that it is sales focused. Very sales focused.

5. Zoho
Zoho is a well-known player in the CRM market. This package has been around for quite some time, and was certainly known in the beginning as the pioneer in this field.
6. Team leader
This Belgian startup was acquired a while ago by the Scandinavian Visma. In the beginning they were very progressive and innovative, but in recent years they seem to have acquired a lot of baggage, which does not make the system any easier. And not more affordable either.
7. PerfectView
This CRM system has been around for a long time. This means that they have a lot of experience, but also encounter annoying legacy systems. Is a contact person moving to a new company? Well, just create a new person... It works fine, but it is certainly not the most innovative CRM system you can find.
Which CRM are we still missing?
There are so many different CRMs, large and small, simple and complex, that we would like to hear which ones we are missing.
